The drinks vendor in engin canteen is totally in the mood for love. They've now labelled the teh-o as 'First Love 初恋', teh as 'Forever Love 永远的爱', kopi-o as 'Endless Love 无尽的爱' and the kopi as 'Cloud 9 最高境界'

They're also playing sappy 80's love songs.. aww...

The uncle and aunty is wearing cute caps with small teddy bears attached to the front... awww...

They even have disco light shone up on the ceiling of hearts and bears!! aaaawwwwwwwwwwwwww.......

Sap tends to infinity!

This is not the 1st of their hijinks. Previously it was Chinese New Year theme with one of the above mentioned drinks labelled as 龙马精神 but I forgot which one exactly.. the uncle and aunty were dressed in red and gold and dong dong qiang came from the speakers.

It was a surprising change one day last sem.. Forgot which date.. and forgot to blog about it.. i guess cos it started innocently enough.. radio Class 95 in the morning, then became jazz music during lunch hour and suddenly came CNY theme and now lovey dovey Vday specials!

Engin canteen is damn happennin because of them. The other stalls also got in the CNY mood by putting up all kinds of CNY decorations around their stall fronts. Really made it more enjoyable to come to canteen for lunch.

Another thing me and the gang noted today is that there seems to be much more girls in the canteen! And not plain Janes in t-shirts and berms. What a surprising trip to the canteen it was today!
