Unlike my friend Cap'n Intrepid, my experience with ordering flowers for delivery was rather pleasant. Probably cos I ordered my bouquet to be delivered on a normal work day as compared to him, he had his delivered on a weekend when Intrepidette (did I spell that correct?) was doing OT. Anyway the flower delivery business was more than a week back.. I just didn't blog abt it.

Oh yah.. don't watch 7 Swords. It sucks.. to be kinder, it's disappointing. Tsui Hark.. my goodness.. wat the hell man. I know kungfu movies are all about people running on air, running up vertical cliff-faces (I saw a few people do speed climbing in Climb Adventure doing almost the same thing), flashing swords and stuff but heck at least try and let the story be a bit more continuous?

Went for my 1st rock climbing event, Climb On 2005 at Tampines Grand. I think I need more climbing experience in climb centres before I attempt another such event. Damn screwed up.. 4 times on 4 routes I just barely lifted my 2nd leg off the ground to step on my 1st foothold, I slipped off and had to return to the end of the queue. Sian.. half an hour wait just to touch the tiles for 10 seconds. Oh and have to remember to bring and apply a little sun block.. the skin on my forearms are coming off. Few days ago, my forearms still looked like very nicely barbequed chicken wing mid-joints and even few days before they looked like 2 strips of charsiew, lean and red.

Went down to NTU to meet piggywen to get some moeny back from her and have a meet up. Jio-ed JL along for lunch. Pretty girl, handsome boy plus me lightbulb haha. Introduced them and proceeded to talk non-stop for the rest of the hour while showing them pictures of my remote control boat project last sem. Anyway I didn't really plan to matchmake them, just intro a new friend to each of them. The girl wants to take a break from relationships and the boy I really don't know if he's not interested or just taking things too easy.

Starcraft... been playing a lot of it recently. Almost as if school hasn't reopened hahaha. But how can it feel like school as reopened when you have free day on monday thursday and friday? And lessons only start on the 8th (my free day), 9th is holiday, then I'm only having 1 lecture on wed and then it's free days again until next tuesday.

Just had my ass handed to me in a lopsided match. And to think I was on the advantaged side. Advantage is hard to say actually, when I've got a novice on my side. Well just play the game and keep learning.

Went to sch notebook centre and sorted the matter out.. The pple who handled my laptop accidentally left the power adaptor on the floor and didn't pack it back in.. so they just got me to sign for it and everything's over.

IBM/Lenovo sells me a Thinkpad T43 with 1.86GHz, 512MB RAM, 80 GB hdd, built in wireless, built in Bluetooth TM but NO POWER ADAPTOR?!?! WTF! do they seriously think their batt pack can last forever?!?! or that I only need to use the thinkpad for 4 hours ONCE in my lifetime?
