On the bus going past Telok Kurau Primary (which is very near my place) I saw a banner put up on their fence.

"Let's take Ownership of our Litter. Let Singapore be a Clean City."

Seems like a good message, keep the city clean and green, maintain the Garden City image yaddah yaddah..

But 'ownership' is one of the recent buzzwords... and after reading the slogan on the banner I can only think of one thing. Wow.. let's feel more ownership for our country Singapore, first through our litter! How wonderful!
